At Heretics Haven TCG, we want you to be fully satisfied with your apparel and accessories. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached to qualify for a refund or exchange.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization and a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible and include the packing slip inside the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
